The problem is there are far too many decisions to make when building a new home, leaving you feeling overwhelmed and anxious.
I believe that you should be spending your time enjoying life rather than worrying about all your new-home decisions. I get what it’s like to have a vision for your new home but to also not want to spend the time getting the project off the ground. That’s where I come in. I focus on not only getting your home planned but finished so you can have peace of mind knowing someone qualified for the job has it under control.

I work with your architect and builder to make sure the room sizes and configurations fit your lifestyle and your needs; help you select all the interior (and sometimes exterior) finishes and fixtures; help you envision how things are coming together with 3-D drawings; provide detailed information to your builder so they know what to order and where everything needs to be installed; and help you know what furniture you need. Plus, I’ll be with you every step of the building process, visiting the job site regularly to check on progress and help with the little dilemmas that pop up along the way.

Space Planning

• Meet with you (via video conference if needed) to assess your needs
• Coordinate with your architect to develop floor plans that fit your lifestyle and needs
• Coordinate kitchen/bath/laundry plans with cabinet provider
• Coordinate with closet/pantry designer (if needed)
• Develop furniture plans
• Develop millwork plans (as needed)
• Provide you with to-scale copies of all plans via client portal

Style Planning

• Meet with you (via video conference if needed) to assess your needs and aesthetic direction
• Visit showrooms with you to select Flooring, Walls/Ceilings Finishes, Millwork, Light Fixtures, Plumbing Fixtures, and Hardware
• Develop overall style plan for: Flooring, Walls/Ceilings Finishes, Millwork, Light Fixtures, Plumbing Fixtures, Hardware, Furniture, and Window Treatments
• Provide you with 3-D renderings to help you envision how everything will look in the end.

Purchasing Information

• Provide you and your builder with detailed information on all fixtures, finishes, and hardware via the client portal
• Provide you (via the client portal) with a list of the furniture types and sizes shown on the furniture plan.

Site Visits and Progress Checks

• Make up to fifteen site visits to assess project progress and assist with design solutions for unexpected issues

Installation

• Provide onsite guidance as needed during installation of: Furniture, Window Treatments, Artwork
